Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cypress Point Solutions ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website and credit repair services. By using our services, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal identifiers — your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and suffix.
  • Sensitive financial information — Social Security number, date of birth, and credit report data needed to provide credit repair services.
  • Credit profile data — tri-merge credit reports and monitoring data accessed through our partner SmartCredit.
  • Usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, and how you interact with our site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to evaluate your credit reports, prepare and submit disputes, communicate with you about your file, provide funding-readiness assessments, refer qualified clients to Turbion Capital for funding, process the $1 trial, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to deliver our services: with the credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and creditors to dispute inaccurate items; with SmartCredit, our affiliated credit-monitoring partner, to access your credit reports; with Turbion Capital, our funding partner, when you qualify and choose to pursue funding; and with trusted service providers (such as our secure CRM and email tools) that help us operate. We never sell your data.

4. SmartCredit & Credit Data

Pulling your credit reports requires a $1 SmartCredit trial. SmartCredit is an independent, affiliated partner with its own privacy policy and terms that govern the data it collects. We earn an affiliate commission when you sign up through our site. We access your credit data only to provide credit repair services.

5. Data Security

Your information is encrypted in transit and stored only in our secure CRM. We restrict access to authorized personnel and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and out of SMS by replying STOP. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you also have the right to dispute inaccurate items on your own credit report, free of charge.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to SMS updates, we send messages about your credit profile and account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
